Jacqine specializes in cooking international and fusion recipes. She is the author of a musical interactive e-cookbook with comedy stories and international cuisine. Her e-book combines her talents for music, food, and comedy with her own recipes that range from Italian, Greek, Spanish, Moroccan, Thai, to Indian, Cajun, West Indian, French, Mexican, American, Japanese, and more. She has traveled to several countries tasting various cuisines and having the ability to identify the finer ingredients that make a dish delicious.  After taking cooking classes in the region of Taormina, Sicily, and visiting Greece, Italy, Spain, England, Mexico, Canada, Finland, Estonia, and domestic locals in various states, she has evolved her cooking and honed recipes into her enterprise with a cooking mentorship and newly-released cookbook. In my e-book, there are photos, breakfast items, brunches, salads, desserts, tips on cooking, staple items to prepare for cooking, meat, chicken, fish, and vegetable entrees, and more. I make vegetables taste good. Additionally, she is a singer, songwriter, keyboardist, voiceover artist, music producer, comedy writer, and stand up comedian. She has blended music, food, and comedy.
